建立近红外定标模型

实验室使用近红外方法检测就必须对饲料和牧草进行湿化学分析来完成定标。如果待测样品在牧草类别、地理位置与生长环境等诸多方面的特征值都处在定标样品的变异范围内的话,则近红外方法检测结果一般都是很准确的。因此,需要将样品准确分类,才能选择使用最适合的近红外方程。
