固体样品的制样方法

固体样品可以不同形态存在,如粉末、粒状、块状、薄膜、硬度小的、硬度大的、脆的、坚韧的,等等。固体样品的测试方法有常规的透射光谱法、显微红外光谱法、ATR光谱法、漫反射光谱法、光声光谱法、高压红外光谱法等。红外光谱附件的制样技术将在下篇做详细介绍。本节只介绍用于常规透射红外光谱的固体制样方法,即压片法、糊状法和薄膜法。


1. 压片法

压片法是一种简便易行、常用的制样方法。该法只需要稀释剂、玛瑙研钵、压片磨具和压片机。稀释剂有溴化钾和氯化钾(两者的操作过程相同),常用的为溴化钾,此处仅介绍溴化钾压片法。

(2)氟油研磨法 所谓氟油就是全氟代石蜡油(即石蜡油中的氢原子全部被氟原子取代),黏度比石蜡油大一些。采用氟油研磨法制备样品得到的光谱没有碳氢吸收峰,但在1300cm-1以下的光谱区间出现非常强的碳氟吸收峰。因此,采用该法只能得到4000~1300cm-1区间样品的光谱。

 石蜡油研磨法和氟油研磨法可以得到互补。氟油在1300cm-1以上没有吸收峰,而石蜡油在1300cm-1以下没有吸收峰(除了在720cm出现一个弱的吸收峰外)氟油研磨法的制样方法与石蜡油研磨法相同,此处不再重复。


3.薄膜法
